of Japan
There is Central Japan International Airport (Centrair), which is the closest airport to Nagoya.
Access to Nagoya University (Higashiyama Campus)
From Centrair
Take the Meitetsu Line to Kanayama Station (30 min.), then transfer to
the Subway Meijo Line (purple line) to Nagoya Daigaku Station (21 min., "Daigaku"
means university in Japanese).

From Nagoya Station (Shinkansen Express)
Take the Subway Higashiyama Line (yellow line) to Motoyama Station (15 min.), then transfer to the Subway Meijo Line (purple line) to Nagoya Daigaku Station (2 min.).
